Ready-to-use organic barley coffee, to be prepared with moka or coffee maker. Barley is grown directly from the Az. Agr. Mircio, a family-run company, in its land in the province of Siena (Asciano and Monteroni d’Arbia). The varieties of barley are carefully selected from those that are best suited for processing into barley coffee, using only beech wood for roasting and a stone grinder for grinding.
