Arabica coffee, the first coffee to be cultivated, represents today about 70% of world production and is considered the most valuable variety. This coffee grows mainly at high altitudes and is renowned for the richness of the flavors that emerge during roasting.
It is a very fragrant coffee, pleasantly acidic, with little body and little caffeine. The origin is typically Latin American, Asian and African. Caffè Fiorella uses only the best varieties for its products thanks to a careful selection of suppliers.
