This single-origin coffee comes from the Chiapas area, one of the largest and most ancient coffee areas in Mexico, with plantations located between 1200 and 1400 meters above sea level. The influence of the Atlantic on one side and the Pacific on the other ensure the slopes of the Sierra Madre special microclimates that contribute characterizing the coffees of this magnificent region. On the palate this single origin is aromatic, full-bodied, sweet and well balanced, with strong notes of caramel and cocoa.
