Rich in body and aroma, sweet, delicate and aromatic with medium acidity.
The most prized coffee in Guatemala is grown in the Antigua area, in plantations that can even reach 2000 meters above sea level. Small producers still use traditional systems for both growing, harvesting and processing coffee fruits. The result is a coffee with floral aromas, with hints of alpine herbs. The taste is sweet and “chocolaty”, full bodied and very fine acidity. Great for breakfast even in the “American” version.
